Welcome to the official pages of the« Mountain Cup 2006 », the international adult figure skating and ice dance competition held yearly in Villard-de-Lans, in the Vercors mountains, in France. The 8^th edition of the « Mountain Cup 2006 » will be held from 19^th to 21^st May 2006.

As in the past years we are looking forward to welcome participants from Australia, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Ecuador, Estonia, France, Germany, Great Britain, Holland, Italy, Lithuania, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, USA and hopefully from many other countries in 2006.

The events to be skated comprise ladies' and men's free skating, pairs, ice dancing (couples), solo dance, improvisation, interpretive and compulsory figures. However, the « Mountain Cup » has always been an event full of social activities. In 2006 there will be at least a welcome party, a Saturday night buffet, a Sunday farewell drink and a very special event (read more in the letter of information).

The present web-pages have been structured and kept as simple as possible. This should guarantee for anybody an easy access to the most essential information on registration, on travelling and on accommodation.
